Robert Schimmel Net Worth: Robert Schimmel was an American comic who had a net worth of $2 million. He moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, and started performing at various local comedy clubs. He was invited to appear on HBO’s “Young Comedians Special” and shortly after, brought interest from Hollywood. Schimmel began composing for “In Living Color” and other comics, including Jimmie Walker. Schimmel was known for his raunchy, contentious, and often X-rated jokes. He endured from several health issues, including a bout with testicular cancer, a heart attack, as well as a analysis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which went into remission. In the summertime of 2010, Schimmel was involved with an automobile wreck in Scottsdale when his teen daughter was behind the wheel. He died from his injuries on September 3, 2010, and is entombed in Scottsdale. At one stage in his career, Schimmel was considered among the 100 best stand-up comedians of all-time by Comedy Central.
